Event Terms and Conditions
Booking
To book for any of the above events, please send an email with the required information and make your payment within 3 working days OR send the completed booking form, together with a cheque. Confirmation will follow receipt of payment.If you are sending a cheque it should be made payable to Janet Sterling. If you use online banking you may make a direct transfer as specified on the booking form.

The provisional departure times are shown at the bottom of each concert advert. Please look out for an email 7 days before each event with confirmed timings. Please make a note of these in your diary.
Facilities for the Disabled
If you are a disabled person, please contact The Newport Music Coach for details of ticket deals and assistance available. Please note however that the coach is no longer able to park in front of Symphony Hall so there is a considerable walk (about 150 yards) from the drop off point to the venue.
Tickets for Young People and Students
If any of your party are 30 years of age or under or students, please get in touch about discounts available.
Programme Changes and Cancellation
Venue managements reserve the right to change programmes, conductors or performers and The Newport Music Coach cannot be held responsible for these changes nor can it make any refund or credit unless one has been offered by the venue. If any such change is known sufficiently in advance, those booked for the performance will be notified. If insufficient bookings are received for a performance, or where advice has been given not to travel, The Newport Music Coach reserves the right to cancel a trip and a refund will be made when possible.
Ticket Price and Distribution
Ticket prices shown in the programme include the coach fare, performance ticket, driver’s gratuity and administrative costs. Tickets are distributed on the coach.
Refunds and Resales
Bookings are firm when a Booking Confirmation is sent to you. If you have made a payment but the tickets you have requested have already been sold then you will be offered alternatives or a refund will be made. The Newport Music Coach regrets that it cannot exchange reservations for other dates, make refunds (except in the case of cancellations, as above). The Coach also regrets that it cannot re-sell tickets or dispose of them in any way on your behalf.
Late Arrival at Venues
Coach schedules are calculated to leave sufficient time for arrival at the venue. NMC takes no responsibility for late arrivals or hold ups however caused.
Safety on the Coach
For your own safety you are requested to use your seat belt and remain seated until the coach has completely stopped
